You own your audience.
GoAvo exists to fill rooms and prove event ROI — not to trade people’s data. These are the rules the product is built around, enforced in code, not just policy.
Organizers own their audience
Your attendees are yours. Your past-event registrants and your imports are visible to you, exportable by you, and are never handed to another organizer as a list.
The shared pool is aggregate-only
When you preview GoAvo’s warm audience, you see counts and distributions — never names, never emails. Any group smaller than 10 people is hidden entirely. Identities appear only after someone RSVPs to your event, by their own action.
Attendees are never sold
We don’t sell contact data. Outreach is capped per person across all organizers, unsubscribes are honored globally and permanently, and every message says exactly which event and organizer it’s for.
Your imports stay private
Upload your own audience CSV and it stays scoped to your account by default. It never joins the shared pool unless you explicitly opt in.
Consent and suppression are person-level
One unsubscribe stops all future outreach to that person, from every organizer, everywhere on GoAvo. Bounces and complaints suppress automatically.
DevRel practitioners are partners, not competition
GoAvo is a tool for DevRel and community professionals — run it for your own clients, keep your audience relationships, and use the reports to prove your program’s value.
